I'm Emily, and I'm likely in black.

 

I created this space so I could explore some of the things I love most: style, design, interiors, art, travel, and what I consider 'little luxuries.' 

 

After spending most of my career in writing/editing, publishing, architecture, and marketing (or some combination of the former), I left the corporate world to be a stay-at-home-mom. The realization that I needed a space to write, create, and generally explore my interests is what prompted me to start.

I intend to treat this space like a journal, not a job. While I'm used to running an editorial calendar, I want this space to be a stress-free outlet for me. A space that feels like the collages I made in high school. Or the binders full of torn-out magazine pages from college. Or the doodles and ideas that filled my journals.
